Biography

I'm Molly. I live in Alaska.

There have been so many times I've thought to myself: "I oughta have a food blog."

After all, I love to cook, I love food, I love to take photos, I have a camera that's the apple of my eye, and I have an English degree, which means I have a fancy piece of paper that proves I can string a few words together. The thought of beautiful food cooked with tender loving care makes makes me feel a little swoony. A food weblog seems like the perfect formula, no?

But then I'd remind myself just how many food blogs are already out there and do we really need another one?

My response, after much careful consideration: YES.

I need one. Humor me, won't you please?

Lemon, raspberry, rhubarb, pumpkin, pie crust, crawfish, lamb chops, rib eyes, avocado, lime, dark chocolate, coffee in the morning, a glass of red wine at night, the occasional shot of whiskey, comfort food, simple recipes made of ingredients in the cupboard, fresh fruit and vegetables and herbs, souffle dishes made in France, a gin and tonic, restaurantware dishes, recipes with catchy titles (apple brown betty, anyone?) ...
